Do you use any chemicals in the cleaning process?
We pride ourselves in being chemical free. Steam cleaning kills 99.9% of bacteria and germs and any cleaning products we do use are 100% non toxic and eco friendly (think castille soap, bi carb and vinegar). The only time we would use anything stronger is to treat mould issues and we would discuss options with you before using these products.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee
Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will re clean if you are not satisfied. We are confident in our ability to put the razzle dazzle back in your baby gear but of course no one can make anything look completely brand new again, we will discuss the projected outcome of the clean at the time of drop off to ensure your expectaions are met.
Turnaround time
We currently have a turnaround time of 3-4 days for all services. We may be able to provide a courtesy pram if required.
